Because your privacy is important to us, TEQ operates by the following principles:

Principle 1.
TEQ explicitly asks when it needs information that personally identifies you ("Profile Information"). TEQ asks for your real name, city, country or state, year of birth and e-mail address. More information is optional and not required to obtain an account. This information can not be updated while you are playing the game. You can delete your account and with that all your personal information at any time.

Principle 2.
Your Profile Information is used only to prevent persons from creating multiple accounts, which would be unfair gameplay. SCHOOT DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS keeps all of your Profile Information private and does not share it with any third parties. SCHOOT DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS will not disclose your Profile Information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of SCHOOT DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS; (3) enforce the TEQ Game rules; or (4) act to protect the interests of its players or others.

Principle 3.
SCHOOT DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a TEQ welcome letter with authorization code which is required to enable your account in the game. At the end of the game TEQ will send you a letter with your final ranking. Under exigent circumstances, TEQ may be required to send you information about the service or your account, but SCHOOT DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS will not send you unsolicited e-mail regarding any commercial offers or advertisements at any time.
